    Hi Marcus,

How would you go about solving the extreme “complex coordination” required of a “mega team” (over 5,000 team members) tasked with executing a “mega project”—such as construction of a nuclear power plant—that consists of 100’s of large, deeply interrelated (and interdependent) mission-critical projects that are unintuitively constrained by a multitude of disparate legacy enterprise systems, regulatory hurdles, technical experts, workflows, massive supply chains and strategic partners across the globe?

The underlying business problem is that mega projects have been perpetually plagued by massive multi-billion dollar cost and schedule overruns for decades.

    Thanks,
    – Don
